Bringing together miniature bottles of artisanal bitter, gin, and extra virgin olive oil, the discovery kit is an introduction to the signature flavours of Reschio’s farm products. Together, they provide the perfect ingredients with which to start and end a meal the Italian way: opening with ‘pane e olio’ to stimulate the appetite, and concluding with the ‘digestivo’, after-dinner spirits designed to settle the stomach.
The olive oil 02 featured in the selection is a blend of three olive varieties which has a delicate initial taste that grows into an intense, dry finish. Reschio’s Herbal Bitter is made with medicinal herbs found on the estate, and is joined by the Ginepro, a dry gin also distilled with wild botanicals found on the estate.
