Things we Make, Things we Use, Things we Love
Over three decades, a thoughtful way of living and working has shaped a distinct group of objects, some drawn directly from the land, like olive oil, wine, and honey; others born from necessity, like furniture, tools, and lighting, designed when nothing on the market felt quite right
All are imagined with clarity of purpose, created for life at Reschio, and tested in daily use, whether in kitchens or stables, gardens or pockets. They reflect a belief in craftsmanship, longevity, and the beauty of utility. Each piece is made with extraordinary skill by Italian artisans who still know how to work noble materials by hand. This is not a project of mass production. It is a reflection of how we live, and an invitation to live alongside it, with objects that feel timeless, rooted in place, and always built to last
The Process of Re-Collecting
By making things, we have gathered a means of also re-collecting ways of living, inhabiting and working in the world. Through the choice of materials, the technique of making certain baskets, the simulating of timeless furniture designs, the re-using of excess or waste material by giving it new life. Each holds the memory of how people once worked and lived for centuries, inspiring the lives of the modern dwellers.
Reschio Collections grows from this act of gathering and remembering.
