    Botanicals / Aromas

    Reschio Vermouth is Rich and aromatic, it is made from ingredients foraged at Reschio, most notably Artemisia absinthium along with other herbs and spices. Vermouth originated in Turin in 1786 and has remained a favourite Italian aperitif for centuries, it is also the vital ingredient in many classic cocktails including the Negroni.Vermouth is an aromatised and fortified wine that, through the maceration process with a number of other botanicals, has a subtly spiced flavour with a hint of bitter on the finish.

    Ingredients: Artemisia, Wormwood, Juniper, Nettle, Walnut Leaf, Cinchona, Sweet Mint, Lemon Balm, Sweet Orange, Rose Petals, Lavender, Rosehip Berries.

    Production method Vermouth is a meeting of wine and botanicals: wormwood, citrus, and aromatic herbs left to infuse, enriching the liquid with spicy aromas and bitter nuances.
