<p>The dry brushing technique can be performed daily, except by individuals with extremely sensitive skin or skin conditions such as eczema or chronic dryness. To use the brush, neither the brush nor the body needs to be wet. It is important to brush the body with the bristles slightly angled against the skin and to rotate the wrist by 180&deg; with each stroke. For each area of the body, brush 3&ndash;4 times in a single direction. Any temporary redness of the skin is not a negative sign, but rather evidence of skin stimulation.</p>
<p>Method: begin the massage by brushing the back, sole, and sides of the right foot, directing the movements toward the toes. Then move to the shin and calf, using broad, even strokes toward the thigh. Afterward, massage the front, back, inner, and outer thigh, always directing the strokes toward the upper part of the body, up to the groin and buttocks.&nbsp;Repeat the procedure on the left leg.&nbsp;Next, massage the buttocks from bottom to top and the hips from the outside toward the inside. Then move on to the arms and, as with the legs, start from the back and palm of the right hand, brushing toward the fingertips. Continue along the forearm and upper arm, both inner and outer areas, with movements directed toward the shoulder and armpit.<br>Repeat the procedure on the left arm.&nbsp;Afterwards, brush the abdomen and chest with upward movements, avoiding and paying special attention to the breasts and nipples due to their sensitivity. Finish by massaging the back from bottom to top and the neck, starting at the neck and ending at the shoulders.&nbsp;Once the treatment is complete, it is recommended to take a shower or bath to remove dead skin cells and impurities eliminated by the brushing.</p>
